On this site you can reserve and pay for your dinner, pre-pay for truffles, or make a cash donation. All proceeds will be used to pay for travel expenses to send the Hot Food Team to the American Culinary Federation's Western Regional Conference in Reno, Nevada.

Handmade truffles will be available at the event. Each elegant box contains 10 truffles prepared by the Culinary Arts students and makes a wonderful Valentine's Day gift. Pre-pay now with a credit card (when you RSVP for dinner, add truffles under "Merchandise"), or by cash or check only throughout the evening.
